Announcing: 2008 - High School Student Essay Competitions
High School Seniors are asked to write a 500-1000 word essay on Whom they would nominate as the Most Important Ukrainian in North America during the 20th Century, and Why?
The winning student will receive a $200.00 U.S. Savings Bond.
All Entries are due by August 10, 2008.

Announcing: 2008 - College Essay Competition
College undergraduates are asked to write a 500-1000 word essay on The Importance of Safeguarding Ukraine’s Intangible Cultural Heritage.
The winning student will receive a $250.00 gift certificate.
All Entries are due by August 10, 2008.

Announcing: 2008 - Photography Contest
Anyone with a camera can participate in this contest. The theme for this contest is “Ukrainian life in my home town”. A professional panel of photographers will judge each work for photographic and artistic quality.

Announcing: 2008 - UHS Art Contest
The Ukrainian Historical Society invites all professional and emerging artists, illustrators, and graphic specialists, to submit their work for a juried competition in three major categories: oil, watercolor, or pencil.
